Roading Industry Support Services Limited (In Liquidation) was placed into liquidation at Hamilton High Court on 13 July 2026 and the Official Assignee was appointed liquidator. 

Notice is given that a meeting of creditors will be held at MBIE, ground floor, 162 Victoria Street West, Auckland CBD on Tuesday, 3 November 2026, commencing at 11:00am.

The liquidator has called this meeting at the request of a creditor to:

1. Receive any views of creditors in relation to the liquidation; and
2. Vote on a proposal that a liquidation committee be appointed to act with the liquidator and if so decided, choose the members of the committee.

Creditors may exercise their right to vote by being present in person, or by appointing a proxy, or by postal vote. Proxies and postal votes should be received by the Official Assignee no later than 10:00am on Wednesday, 28 October 2026.

A notice that sets out the resolutions to be considered and the times for lodging proxies, etc is available from the Official Assignee.
