Notice of meeting of creditors 

A meeting of creditors of Swivels Consultants (N.Z.) Limited (in liquidation) will be conducted by way 
of postal ballot on 20 January 2026. 

The purpose of the postal ballot is to consider the resolution that "an application to the Court be 
made for the appointment of Iain McLennan and Daniel Weidan Zhang, Licensed Insolvency 
Practitioners of McDonald Vague Limited, as Liquidators of Swivels Consultants (N.Z.) Limited (In 
liquidation) in place of the Official Assignee”. 

For voting purposes, creditors’ claims and postal votes must be lodged with the Official Assignee no 
later than 3:00pm on 20 January 2026. Voting papers have been sent to respective creditors and 
may be obtained from the address below.
