We are running a survey to learn about people's experiences with our services.

If you have entered into a debt repayment order, a no asset procedure or bankruptcy in the past year, we would like your feedback on:

  • our processes 
  • the service you received, and 
  • the information we provided. 
Your feedback will help us understand what is working well and identify ways we can better support people going through these processes.

Your privacy

Taking part is voluntary.

Your responses will be anonymous unless you choose to provide your contact details. When we report the results, your responses will be combined with those of other participants so that you cannot be identified.

Survey responses will be stored securely for 2 years.
