How do I update my personal information

Once you have been accepted into an insolvency procedure, you must tell the Official Assignee about any changes to your circumstances. This could be a change in name, address, employment or income. You do this from your Dashboard.

Chrome is the preferred browser to use when using our online services.

  1. Step 1

    Login with RealMe.

  2. Step 2

    Select the ‘Update Personal Info” button from the Dashboard.

  3. Step 3

    From the Personal Details page locate the details to be updated and select ‘Edit’.

  4. Step 4

    Update the required information, and upload any evidence. If your financial circumstances have changed, a new budget must be completed.

  5. Step 5

    Submit the request when all appropriate sections of the form are complete and the ‘Save’ button is blue.

  6. Step 6

    You will receive a notice confirming your updates have been submitted. The date you last updated your personal info can be seen from your Dashboard.

  7. Step 7

    If we require further information about the request we will contact you directly.
