How do I search the Registers

There are two separate registers for the public to search:

  • The DRO Register for Debt Repayment Orders, holds details of current Debt Repayment Orders.
  • The Insolvency Register holds details of current bankruptcies, No Asset Procedures and Official Assignee administered Liquidations. The Insolvency Register also holds details of bankruptcies and No Asset Procedures discharged less than 4 years ago.

You can search using the individuals name or their insolvency number.

Chrome is the preferred browser to use when searching the registers.

  1. Step 1

From the top of the website, select the appropriate register.

Complete the search criteria as required and select Search. For more search options you have the ability to expand the search.

  2. Step 2

Any matching records will appear in the search results.

  3. Step 3

To select an individual record click on View.

  4. Step 4

You will then be able to see the publically available information.

Please note

When searching the Insolvency Register for a liquidation, ensure that you change the Insolvency Type from Personal to Company.

If you are linked to a particular estate as the debtor or creditor, you will be able to see more details about the estate if you login.
