The 2023 Insolvency and Trustee Service Stakeholder Insight Questionnaires are now open.
If you’ve been involved in an insolvency procedure administrated by the Insolvency and Trustee Service in the last year, we’d like to invite you to have your say in this year’s Insight Questionnaires.
The purpose of these questionnaires is to better understand your experience of going through the insolvency process. Responses are anonymous and, providing detailed answers and your contact information is entirely optional. If you agree to provide your contact details at the end, these will be held confidentially by the Insolvency and Trustee Service, in line with the Privacy Act 2020, or as otherwise required or permitted by law.
The questionnaires are now live until 5:00pm on Thursday 15 June 2023, so please select the questionnaire that best represents your role in the insolvency process, knowing that the insights generated will be vital to improving customer experience and optimizing services to our communities.
