ITS Statistical Data Report 2015/16
The Insolvency and Trustee Service Annual Statistics and Debtor Profile Report for 2015/16 is now available.
The Official Assignee administers all personal insolvency procedures in New Zealand, as well as liquidations where the Official Assignee has been appointed liquidator. The report provides a detailed breakdown of insolvency volumes, as well as the profile of those debtors who entered into insolvency procedures during 2015/16 including occupation, age, gender and ethnicity.
The report also outlines; what debtors identified as the factors contributing to their insolvency, debt levels, repayment rates for Summary Instalment Orders and reasons for rejection from the No Asset Procedure.
