A new more user friendly version of the manual Statement of Affairs form is now available to be downloaded.
While the changes made should result in quicker completion time for applicants and decreased processing time for the Insolvency and Trustee Service, completing an electronic application is still the quickest way to file for all insolvency options.
The new manual Statement of Affairs form can be found in the forms section of the website.
