Search the registers

The Insolvency and Trustee Service holds two registers;

• The Insolvency register
  The insolvency register contains details on current Bankruptcies, No Asset Procedures and Official Assignee administered Liquidations. The insolvency register also holds details of Bankruptcies and No Asset Procedures discharged less than 4 years ago.
• The Summary Instalment Order (SIO) register
  The Summary Instalment Order holds details of current Summary Instalment Orders.
   

How to search

It is FREE to search the registers

1. Hover your mouse over the red Online Services menu in the top right corner.
2. Select which register you would like to search. For example, Search SIO register.
3. Enter the details. You can search using a first name, last name or estate/SIO number. The insolvency register gives you additional options
4. Click Search
