Updating your user account
It is essential that all users of the Insolvency and Trustee Service website keep their logon details up to date.
How to update your details
- Logon to the website
- Hover your mouse over the logon details option on the red toolbar and select change logon details from the dropdown menu.
In the screen that appears you can update your password, how often your password expires and your email address simply by changing the details in the appropriate box and selecting the save button.
Your secret question can also be updated in the logon details screen and it is essential this information is accurate. The secret question is presented to you if you select the forgot my password option under the logon box. After answering your secret question correctly the system automatically sends you a new password via email.
