Information about Summary Instalment Orders made under the old legislation

What you need to know

Summary Instalment Orders (SIOs) made prior to 3 December 2007 will continue to be administered by the District Court and will not appear on the public register.

For information on pre 3 December 2007 SIOs contact the District Court where the SIO was made or the supervisor that was appointed to administer the SIO.

SIOs made after 3 December 2007 will appear on the public register. Information about these SIOs will be available on our website, or by contacting the Insolvency and Trustee Service's Business Service Centre.
