Information about Summary Instalment Orders made under the old legislation

What you need to know

Summary Instalment Orders (SIOs) made prior to 3 December 2007 will continue to be administered by the District Court and will not appear on the public register.

For information on pre 3 December 2007 SIOs contact the Insolvency and Trustee Service Contact Centre on 0508 467 658.

The Official Assignee will usually be able to provide basic information, such as the date of the order, the supervisor’s contact details and the expected completion date.

SIOs made after 3 December 2007 will appear on the public register.  Information about these SIOs will be available on our website, or by contacting the Insolvency and Trustee Service Contact Centre on 0508 467 658.
