I want to object to a Summary Instalment Order

Once the Official Assignee has received an application for a Summary Instalment Order (SIO), the debtor and creditors are given ten (10) working days to make representations to the Official Assignee regarding the SIO.

Where a creditor objects to the proposed SIO the objection must be lodged within ten (10) working days of notice of the SIO application.

The objection form can be found in the Forms section.
