To raise awareness of the upcoming changes to the personal insolvency regime, the Insolvency and Trustee service has published an information series monthly touching on a different aspect of the upcoming law reforms. The final instalment of the Personal Insolvency Insight series focuses on the public register.

The new Insolvency Act 2006 (the Act) came into force on 3 December 2007.
Web services industry advisory group
The Ministry of Economic Development today announced the formation of an industry advisory group to develop web services to provide high-speed access to information held by the Insolvency and Trustee Service.
Standard set for Monday night maintenance outages
The length and timing of planned weekly maintenance outages has been set to fall within a standard 2 hours between 9:00 PM and 11:00 PM on Monday evenings.
