Contact Centre
Our Contact Centre has received ISO 9001:2000 certification aiming to ensure that each call is answered in the most efficient and accurate way.
The Contact centre is audited by Bureau Veritas, an external certifying body, every six months. This will ensure that the highest quality service will be maintained.
