What if my application into the No Asset Procedure is rejected?

You have the right to have the decision reviewed by the Official Assignee if you don’t agree with it. Your request for a review must be in writing and you will need to file it within 15 working days from the date your application was rejected.

An internal review of your application will be undertaken to determine whether the original decision to reject your application was correct. You will be notified within 15 working days of the Official Assignee’s decision.

You also have the right to make an Appeal to the High Court under Section 226 of the Insolvency Act 2006. You should seek independent legal advice on this process.
