       <![CDATA[<p>The statistics break down the profile of debtors into occupation, age, gender, and also outline what these debtors identified as the factors contributing to their insolvency.</p><p>The Insolvency and Trustee Service (ITS) administers the affairs of people who become bankrupt, enter a No Asset Procedure or a Summary Instalment Order. The ITS is also involved in administration of some Court-appointed liquidations, the Criminal Proceeds (Recovery) Act 2009, and some residual cases under the Proceeds of Crime Act 1991.</p><p>The statistics found online are available to the public and are regularly updated.
