The Insolvency and Trustee Service (ITS) administers the affairs of people who become bankrupt, enter a No Asset Procedure or a Summary Instalment Order. The ITS is also involved in administration of some Court-appointed liquidations, the Criminal Proceeds (Recovery) Act 2009, and some residual cases under the Proceeds of Crime Act 1991.
