Web service now available for Insolvency and Trustee Service

The Insolvency and Trustee Service (ITS) is pleased to announce the introduction of its new web service.

This free web service allows direct access to ITS records, including:

  • individuals in a:

    • personal bankruptcy,

    • No Asset Procedure, or

    • Summary Instalment Order, and to

  • companies in liquidation where the Official Assignee is the liquidator.
