How do I update my logon details?
It is essential that all users of the Insolvency and Trustee Service website keep their logon details up to date. If your details change, Logon to the website using your assigned username and password to amend your details.
Once you are logged on you will have a number of options on the red toolbar; hold your mouse over the logon details option and select change logon details from the dropdown menu.
In the screen that appears you can update your password, how often your password expires and your email address simply by changing the details in the appropriate box and selecting the save button.
Your secret question can also be updated in the logon details screen and it is essential this information is accurate. The secret question is presented to you if you select the forgot my password option under the logon box. After answering your secret question correctly the system automatically sends you a new password via email.
