How do I set up a creditor register?

On the Insolvency and Trustee Service website an organisation is able to create a creditor register to list the details of creditors they lodge claims on behalf of.  As the list includes the contact details of each creditor for whom they work, it saves time when registering claims as instead of entering all the contact details each time they are able instead to simply select the creditor from an existing list.

To set up a creditor register, logon using your administrator username and password by selecting the Logon button from the home page.  Once logged on, hold your mouse over the Online Services option on the red toolbar and select Creditor register from the dropdown menu that appears.

To add a creditor you represent to your creditor register, select the Add button, specify if the creditor is an organisation or individual and enter their details.  By clicking the Submit button you will save the entered details to your register and be returned to the main screen.

To add further creditors to your creditor register simply repeat the steps outlined above.
