How do I search the Insolvency and SIO register?

There are now two separate registers on our website.  The insolvency register allows you to search for bankruptcies, some company liquidations and people currently going through a No Asset Procedure.

To search the insolvency register select the red Online Services button at the top right of the screen then Search Insolvency Register.

You are able to search the insolvency register by a person’s insolvency number, a person’s surname or first name.  If you are not sure of the exact spelling of a person’s name you can choose the searching options of Contains or Starts with.

A full list of names which match your search criteria will come up on your screen; simply select one of the names from the available options.

To search the Summary Instalment Order (SIO) register, select the red Online Services button at the top right of the screen then select Search SIO Register.

You are able to conduct a search on an SIO number or by a person’s surname or first name.
