About us
The Insolvency and Trustee Service administers all bankruptcies, No Asset Procedures, Summary Instalment Orders and some Court-appointed liquidations. The Official Assignee is also involved in the administration of the Proceed of Crime Act 1991. You can access our business plans and statistics.

How can I lodge a complaint?
