View, amend or withdraw your claims
Claims can only be amended or withdrawn using the original logon under which it was registered.
Viewing your claims
- Select the Logon option in the top right hand corner of the screen.
- Enter your User Name and Password.
- Select the red Online Services tab from the top middle of your screen.
- Select List Claims. A search box will appear.
- Enter your search criteria and select one of the three radio buttons to indicate if you are searching for claims made by you, your branch or organisation.
- A summary of your claims and their current status is displayed.
- Select the Claim type hyperlink to view the full details of your claim | From here you can amend or withdraw your claims.
Amending your claims
- Follow the instructions above on viewing you claims.
- From step 7 | This screen will allow you amend parts of your claim.
- Make this change then select the red save option.
Withdrawing a claim
- Follow the instructions above on viewing you claims, steps 1- 7.
- From step 7 you are able to withdraw your claim.
- Select the red withdraw button near to top of the screen.
- Enter the reason for withdrawal in the box that appears and select the submit button.
