Filing an electronic claim

You must be a registered user to be able to file a claim online.  If you are already a registered user then log on using your assigned username and password. 

Once you are logged on you will need to conduct a search to find the estate. 

Select the name of the correct estate and then click on the red Register a Claim button near the top of your screen. 

Complete the claim form remembering that all fields marked with an * are required fields.  If you have an electronic version of your evidence this can be uploaded.  Click submit to send your claim to the Insolvency and Trustee Service. 

You will receive an email confirmation confirming successful registration of your electronic claim.
